" can you wear TOO much sunscreen? My honest story. Lotion works incredibly well because it challenges conventional skincare advice and immediately sparks curiosity."
People always ask me why I've
worn sunscreen every single day-even on cloudy days
Back in my 20s, I stopped tanning. I stayed in the shade wore huge sunglasses, and slathered on SPF. It
just became a strict habit.
Did it stop aging completely? No, of course not. But

years, I do think it drastically
changed how my skin aged
how it kept my skin barrier
healthier and protected
But here is the funny part: despite protection, I still
ended up severely Vitamin D deficient anyway😎
That was a huge wake-up call for me. It taught me that balance matters much more than fear.
We need to protect our skin
from damage, but we cannot forget our overall internal health
