People always ask me why I've

worn sunscreen every single day-even on cloudy days

Back in my 20s, I stopped tanning. I stayed in the shade wore huge sunglasses, and slathered on SPF. It

just became a strict habit.

 

Did it stop aging completely? No, of course not. But

looking back after

years, I do think it drastically

changed how my skin aged

how it kept my skin barrier

healthier and protected

 

But here is the funny part: despite protection, I still 

ended up severely Vitamin D deficient anyway😎

That was a huge wake-up call for me. It taught me that balance matters much more than fear.

 

We need to protect our skin 

from damage, but we cannot forget our overall internal health
